Check spam, promotions, and filtered folders first. If it still does not arrive, request another verification email from inside the app and confirm the email address is correct.
Use the reset password link from the PlayVault sign-in screen, then follow the link sent to your inbox.
Open Profile, enter Settings, then choose Delete Account. This removes your account and associated app data from PlayVault systems, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
