I did not receive my verification email.

Check spam, promotions, and filtered folders first. If it still does not arrive, request another verification email from inside the app and confirm the email address is correct.

How do I reset my password?

Use the reset password link from the PlayVault sign-in screen, then follow the link sent to your inbox.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile, enter Settings, then choose Delete Account. This removes your account and associated app data from PlayVault systems, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

Does PlayVault use third-party services?

Yes. PlayVault uses Firebase for authentication and database storage, Cloudflare Workers for API delivery, and IGDB for game metadata.
